Can a bath fit in a 4 yard skip?

The 4 yard skip is often used in commercial buildings where the owner may have installed the original toilet and wants to upgrade the existing bathroom.

Because the toilet is a good size, it is easy to remove the existing toilet and install a new one, often at the same time as the new bathroom. This style of toilet has no water tank. Instead, the toilet is connected to a flush valve and a waste pipe which leads to the waste pipe in the roof or floor of the building.

A 4 yard skip toilet can be installed on a cement slab or other suitable base. The waste pipe should be buried at least 6 inches deep so that the waste does not leak out onto the surface. The waste pipe should be connected to the drain system.

Because the 4 yard skip toilet uses gravity, there is no need for a separate Skip hire flushing mechanism. However, if your plumbing is a bit old or needs some repair, you may want to install a flushing device such as an automatic toilet.
